My day (thru the eyes of a little john)

So,today a few friends and I were laying out by my pool. They arrived at my compound around 12 noon and we went to the pool. The sun was good and the pool water was amanzingly refreshing. If there is one product that I can advertise and get people to buy is the new Neutrogena Cool Mist with SPF 30. The first time you spary it on your body you get a burst of cool energizing goodness. It is definately on the top of my must have list. Now back to my day...We layed out until about five, went to Chili's and got chips and dip and it was great! One of my friends though got stung by a wasp and it was scary, but she survived it. We talked about life and just had a really nice day together hanging out by the pool. Now we will back track and go to my list of must haves right now. I will now begin to list the top 10 things that you must have:
1. Neutrogena Cool Mist SPF 30
2. iPod playing "Lollipop" by Lil Wayne
3. Two Kickass Coon Ass friends
4. Big Bell Box from Taco Bell
5. Hummingbird Feeder
6. Strawberries growing on your porch
7. You must know someone with the K-Swoop
8. Lap Top
9. Tivo
10. GREAT thrift store buys
I hope that you enjoyed my blog for the day. Peace, Love, and God Bless.

This was written for me by Elise Petitjean, the first daughter of Rayne, LA aka, one of my coonass friends. She just told me that yesterday she almost bought me a Snoop Dogg ashtray. It was the thought that counts.

Dummy McDumas..Come on Down!

ok, in my defense, before you judge me. I was getting ready for work and this was on in the background.

Today on The Price is Right, during the showcase showdown, a man bid $2900 on a huge outdoor grill, a 100 cd jukebox and a 10 day trip to New Zealand. What an idiot. I would have totally bid like $18850...I mean, I guess, it wasnt like I was adding it up in my head as it was happening or anything.

So, I will break this down. This guy must have thought that TPIR bought the grill at a yard sale, stole the jukebox from a local Burbank bar and was going to drop him off with a backpack in the wilds of New Zealand from a chartered humanitarian aid plane that was already heading to Somalia.

And one more thing, why would you take the time to make the trip to The Price is Right, stand in line all day before production, make a goofy t-shirt hoping they would tell you to come on down..and then have no freaking clue as to how to bid. UGH!

seriously, how good is my blog so far. I mean, this is good stuff.

Time is on my side...yes it is.

I have a meatloaf in the oven for another hour and a half.
Beans is watching golf.
Mother nature watered my plants.
Groceries are put away.
No work on Sundays.

So...tada....I decided to blog.
